SPA ETIQUETTE

Step into a haven of healing at the Curve Spa. Our signature blend of beauty treatments, spa products and therapies will leave you feeling refreshed.
Hours of Operation
The Curve Spa is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 12:00 am.
Appointments
To make the most of your experience, arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We recommend that you book your spa services in advance to guarantee your preferred appointment times. For your convenience, all prices are quoted in UAE Dirham and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, local fees and service charge.
Heath
At any time should you or a household member feel unwell, have a cough, fever or experience shortness of breath, we recommend you postpone your spa visit and seek medical assistance. Refrain from visiting the spa if you are under an isolation or quarantine order or directive.
Spa Environment
To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful atmosphere within the spa, we request all guests to keep noise level to a minimum and refrain from carrying mobile phones and other electronic devices.
Children
The minimum age for entry to The Spa, The Health Club and the hydrothermal facilities is 16 years of age. Children under the age of 16 may use the hotel pool if they are accompanied by a parent/adult.
Smoking and ALcohol
Consumption of cigarettes and alcohol is strictly forbidden in any spa environment. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment or service.
Valuables
Please allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will not be charged. However, cancellation within six (06) hours will incur a 40% charge and no shows will be charged in full.
